The Perfect Venue for an Intimate Gathering
Why was The View at Mt. Adams the ideal choice for this modern, chic wedding celebration? As Claire and Eric envisioned their dream Cincinnati wedding, this new wedding venue provided the perfect backdrop with it’s stunning views of their hometown and modern white interior. Located in the heart of Mt. Adams, the neighborhood where they went on their first date, the area’s rich history and upscale atmosphere set the stage for an enchanting event.
Exploring Their Love Story in Mt. Adams
Prior to their wedding day, I got to watch Claire & Eric’s love story unfold at their engagement session in Mt. Adams. We strolled through this charming neighborhood, and their love for each other and genuine connection was palpable. We ended the day at their favorite wine bar where they visit often—an intimate introduction to their shared experiences. I love getting to know my couples at engagement sessions, and this new understanding of their journey together made their wedding day that much more special.
A Ceremony at St. Francis de Sales
Claire & Eric’s wedding ceremony took place at St. Francis de Sales, a breathtaking Catholic Parish in Cincinnati, Ohio. This magnificent church provided a stunning setting for their wedding vows and “I Do’s”. The use of the balcony allowed us to capture iconic overhead photos, showcasing the grandeur of the moment. An extraordinary touch was added by Claire’s choir friends, whose lovely voices echoed throughout the ceremony, creating an unforgettable ambiance.
Capturing Timeless Moments at Ault Park
After ceremony, we headed to Ault Park to photograph the wedding party and couples photos. Despite the unpredictable Ohio weather and on-and-off light showers, we persevered and were rewarded with a few minutes to get some outdoor portraits. These timeless images reflect the joy and romance shared by the couple on their special day.
Return to The View at Mt. Adams
Re returned to The View at Mt. Adams for the final half of this extraordinary wedding celebration. The venue’s charm and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for capturing a few more precious memories. After an exquisite dinner and heartfelt toasts, the celebration truly began. The couple delighted their guests with a live jazz band from Cincinnati, creating an atmosphere that compelled everyone to dance the night away.
