Most of my couples are drawn towards the more outdoor, green locations like gardens and open fields, but every once in awhile I get to shoot in the city and its a great change of pace. This couples session was in downtown Cincinnati, right in the heart of the city. This is proof that urban engagement sessions can be beautiful too!
I met up with Kenzie and Eric at The Lytle Park Hotel, which is one of my favorite engagement session locations in Cincinnati, especially in the fall when the weather is just right and the sun sets right behind the city skyline. We got a really beautiful golden hour sunset as we were getting drinks and obviously had to get all the ~vibey~ rooftop shots. We also took advantage of the hotel’s gorgeous interior for some quick photos before we took a stroll downtown for some photos downtown. We ended the session in Washington Square in front of The Music Hall, which is actually where they will be tying the know this spring! I love when couple’s choose a sentimental location for their engagement session and it will be fun to compare their engagement photos with their wedding photos. After having a blast running around Cincinnati with these two I’m even more excited for their big day!
